Firm mattress
A firm mattress helps distribute your body weight evenly which provides a stable sleeping surface and enhanced support all night long. While comfort varies from person to person, generally, the heavier you are, the firmer your mattress should be, and vice versa. The mattress should be soft or firm enough to keep your spine aligned in a straight line.
Targeted support
The mattress is designed to deliver targeted support through its combination of comfort zones and layers. It is divided into 7 comfort zones that each support key areas of your body, such as the lumbar and shoulders. It consists of 4 comfort layers, which include memory foam and polyether foam, each contributing to depth and overall support. Together, these elements provide targeted support and well-balanced comfort all night long.
Memory foam
Memory foam shapes precisely to your body. It spreads your weight evenly, which helps take pressure off your muscles and joints. As memory foam has a closed cell structure, it might feel slightly warmer than other foam types like AIR memory foam or Comfort+ foam.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
This mattress is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. This means every component, from fabrics and fillings to threads and zippers, is tested by independent OEKO-TEX® institutes and meets strict limits for harmful substances.
Quilted cover
This cover has been treated with aloe vera, which provides a soft touch to the mattress.
WELLPUR®

Reviews
The Best Mattress
This mattress is the most comfortable mattress to sleep on. It’s firm and supportive for joints, but moulds around you. Became obsessed with foam mattresses after an uncomfortable pregnancy on a hybrid. Bought this and could not recommend it enough.
Sinking in
I bought this one because the other one from jysk got way too soft and didn’t support me only after one month.. so I went and paid twice as much for better mattress only to find out this one is even worse. I have 60kg and I am sinking into the mattress so much that my back hurt after while. The one is store was harder than the one I open at home. Not firm at all.
Firmness
Unfortunately, the mattress is not firm as I thought it would be. I went to the shop to test before buying, I got a code in the shop which also was saying it was "Firm" but it is not, and after buying I just checked on the link and it is saying FIRMNESS: Medium.
Ordered a double after a king size was amazing but not same firm
Ordered 2 years ago a king size and it’s amazing firm what we like Recently ordered a double size but far not that firm as our king size. I ordered the same just different size but much softer. I would never buy mattress online as most are false information about firmness. Jysk closed its store so cant try it anymore.
A great sleep - what a difference
We have been looking for a new mattress for years and we could never agree on one. Having slept on one of these over a weekend we purchased one online . It is so comfortable and I realised that I hadn't been sleeping properly for years until I got this mattress. Would highly recommend. It was the least complicated online purchase I have made.
Best mattress ever!
Honestly after going through 4 mattresses prior to this that are too soft or sag and you end up in a dip in the midfle after a month with very poor quality foam this is by far the best mattress really firm perfect for those with a bad back or arthritis that need support
Perfect choice
I am very pleased with this mattress. Very comfy, firm as described. No strong smell as some new mattresses smell. I have this mattress for 8 months now and very happy with my choice. This was a second choice, as had to return my first choice because of the smell. If you like firm mattress, this one is as described - medium firm.
Not very comfy
We slept on the cheaper wellpur mattress model in an Airbnb and found it really comfy so we decided to buy this one. Unfortunately we are disappointed. The mattress is not comfy and the memory foam doesn't feel like it's particularly good quality. I end up rolling into the dip where my parter is sleeping which is really uncomfortable. I thought there was an 100 day trial when I bought it but it's actually just to exchange rather than refund.
Great
Excellent mattresses at a Excellent price
Disappointed
This mattress is extremely firm and causing me back pain. Don’t recommend.
About the brand
WELLPUR® - Sleep your way to pure well-being
At JYSK we know that a good night’s sleep starts with the right support. WELLPUR® mattresses and pillows are designed to shape precisely to the contours of your body and offer you a personalised support. The pressure-relieving memory foam helps you maintain a natural spinal alignment and reduces pressure on muscles and joints. By minimising pressure points, memory foam can relieve tension in your neck, shoulders and back. This helps to prevent tossing and turning and reduces pain associated with poor sleeping posture. Because memory foam absorbs your partner’s movements, it improves your chances of an undisturbed sleep too.
What makes WELLPUR® unique is that all our mattresses feature advanced AIR memory foam. While offering all the ergonomic benefits of traditional memory foam, the open cell structure in AIR memory foam enhances airflow and breathability. Due to this innovative structure, AIR memory foam is not affected by room temperature which means it stays elastic and supportive in all sleeping environments. Several of the WELLPUR® pillows offer this feature as well, helping you to sleep better and wake up well-rested.
The soft, knitted covers on WELLPUR® pillows and mattresses offer added benefits such as cooling effects and anti-dust mite properties. All WELLPUR® products are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. This means every component is tested by independent OEKO-TEX® institutes and meets strict limits for harmful substances.
WELLPUR® is a Scandinavian brand exclusively available at JYSK. In the range of products, you’ll find supportive options that you can use both at home, at work, or when travelling. Whether you sleep on your back, side or stomach, you can be sure to find a WELLPUR® product that suits exactly to your personal needs.
