Due to the new government restrictions all of our stores are now closed for visiting and collections.

Our Customer Service are currently receiving a higher amount of inquiries and a longer response time can be expected.

Are you contacting us regarding your delivery time, please see the delivery times below:

  • Larger Cargo delivery: Delivery time up to 26 working days (Mon-Fri)
  • Small Parcel delivery: Delivery time up to 13 working days (Mon-Fri)
  • Delivery from store: Delivery time up to 20 working days (Mon-Fri)

If you order haven’t exceeded the delivery time above, please do not contact us regarding an update. Once your order is ready for delivery you will be contacted.

If your order have exceeded the above delivery time, please contact via our Live Chat or by phone call.

All purchases in JYSK must be done online with our delivery services.

Just place your order right here on our website and we will get it delivered to your home address. Please note all deliveries are hands free and will be delivered at the door step.
