That is why we twice a year ask her about the new assortment in JYSK and more specifically, what are her favourites.
BREDBYN striped towels
“First, I want to highlight the BREDBYN towel range. At the moment, stripes are everywhere in fashion – and now also in the bathroom”, Kathrine begins.
“BREDBYN is a modern, yet classic towel with stripes. It comes in three colours: White, anthracite grey and beige with a contrasting stripe – and to be honest, I’m not sure which version I prefer – they all look amazing.
The colours are yarn dyed, which basically means that they are more durable, and on top of that, the towel is super absorbent”, Kathrine explains.
IDALA patterned towels
“IDALA is a jacquard woven towel in a very cool design”, Kathrine continues. “The towel is uni colored and adds an edge to your bathroom with its woven pattern”.
“IDALA is available in three trendy colours: Dark sand, yellow and green. You can easily combine them with each other, and with other bathroom accessories. Products in natural materials such as SENNAN storage boxes go beautifully with the yellow version of IDALA, while the sand-coloured version looks great with products such as SVALSTA toiletry and cosmetic bags”, Kathrine suggests.
STOCKVIK towel holders
“Last but not least, I must highlight STOCKVIK”, Kathrine says with enthusiasm. “It is a completely new range of quality towel rings and holders in JYSK”.
“STOCKVIK is available in five versions: A long towel rail, a towel ring and an over the door hanger, all powder coated stainless steel. In addition to this, we also have two new hooks in our assortment – one in black and one in metal. No matter if your bathroom is large or small, the STOCKVIK series has a solution for you”.

EMSFORS and ROSENFORS beach towels
“First, I want to highlight the EMSFORS and ROSENFORS beach towels. They represent a completely new style in JYSK”, Kathrine begins.
“EMSFORS is a hammam towel, which is very convenient at the beach, as the sand doesn’t stick as easily to the towel.
ROSENFORS is a luxurious jacquard woven towel in velour with fringes. It is available in two colours and has a cool pattern.
I love all three variants, and I am looking forward to bringing them to the beach this year”, Kathrine says.
SMEDBY bathroom collection
“SMEDBY is a classic series of stoneware, consisting of a toothbrush holder, a soap dispenser and a toilet brush”, Kathrine continues.
“The SMEDBY series is glazed in a warm grey colour. The detailed line that encircles each item and the silver elements give it a clean, scandi look that fits into every bathroom.
It goes particularly well with accessories in sand and natural colours and with our new organizer in bamboo HORNDAL”, Kathrine suggests.
