Click & collect – Free of charge
Click & collect allows you to reserve products online and pick them up in a JYSK store of your choosing. When reserving products online JYSK will confirm that your order is ready to be collected within 30 minutes. Click & Collect is free, and you do not pay for your products until you pick up your order in the store.
Pick up in store – Free of charge
Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.
Please note that certain products are not available using this delivery method due to product weight or packaging issues.

When you shop online, you can always choose to get your order delivered to your own home, at work or anywhere else which is convenient for you.
Small packages are be delivered by mail or by a company specialized in packaging delivery services.
Larges packages, cargo – see prices

JYSK cooperates with well-known and trusted cargo companies all over the world, in order to make sure that our delivery service is punctual. Customers can choose between curbside delivery, meaning that we deliver at your doorstep, or to have the products delivered in your home in a room of your choosing.
Drop shipment – see prices
Drop shipment is our way to provide customers additional possibilities, by offering products not in stock at JYSK. When using drop shipment the product is sent directly from our supplier to your home. However, JYSK customer service is still there for you in case of question or problems.
Store only
JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.

Since the establishment in Denmark in the 1940's, KRONBORG has built on expertise and quality craftsmanship. The Scandinavian brand represents the highest quality within bathroom textiles, bed linen, duvets and pillows.
The name KRONBORG dates even further back than the 1940's as it is also the name of the world-famous castle in Elsinore where the scene was set for Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' from 1603. The castle was built in the 1420's and later named by the Danish King Frederick II.
It also plays a role in H.C. Andersen's fairy tale 'Holger the Dane' from 1845, which is inspired by the European mythical character of the same name. In the fairy tale, Holger the Dane rests in the casemates of Kronborg castle with his beard grown into a marble table. Should the Danish realm be threatened, he will come to life and defend the fatherland.
