Firmness
Unfortunately, the mattress is not firm as I thought it would be. I went to the shop to test before buying, I got a code in the shop which also was saying it was "Firm" but it is not, and after buying I just checked on the link and it is saying FIRMNESS: Medium.

A great sleep - what a difference
We have been looking for a new mattress for years and we could never agree on one. Having slept on one of these over a weekend we purchased one online . It is so comfortable and I realised that I hadn't been sleeping properly for years until I got this mattress. Would highly recommend. It was the least complicated online purchase I have made.

Best mattress ever!
Honestly after going through 4 mattresses prior to this that are too soft or sag and you end up in a dip in the midfle after a month with very poor quality foam this is by far the best mattress really firm perfect for those with a bad back or arthritis that need support

Perfect choice
I am very pleased with this mattress. Very comfy, firm as described. No strong smell as some new mattresses smell. I have this mattress for 8 months now and very happy with my choice. This was a second choice, as had to return my first choice because of the smell. If you like firm mattress, this one is as described - medium firm.

Not very comfy
We slept on the cheaper wellpur mattress model in an Airbnb and found it really comfy so we decided to buy this one. Unfortunately we are disappointed. The mattress is not comfy and the memory foam doesn't feel like it's particularly good quality. I end up rolling into the dip where my parter is sleeping which is really uncomfortable. I thought there was an 100 day trial when I bought it but it's actually just to exchange rather than refund.
