Double bed size
After a shaky start, where unfortunately my order was cancelled due to item being discontinued, I received great service from the staff in Jysk Drogheda! I was able to secure the display model and they assisted me throughout. I have to acknowledge how lovely the staff were, unfortunately don't know all their names but manager, Sean and staff member Joseph etc. were wonderful. I've shopped many times in the store and any staff member has been so helpful and friendly. I'm really happy with the frame :)
Comfy, nice colour, without slats
Good price for the bed, headboard looks higher than the picture and is soft and comfy, the only downfall is that the material is kind of like a soft scratching post and our cat thinks this bed is his, we try not to let him in our room during the day but at night I can hear him scratching which leaves small marks of the material threads popping out
READ the small print
After assembly most of the bed, I could not find the slats for the last step in the assembly. Without these the mattress cannot sit on the bed frame. I could not get an answer on the phone so I returned to the store. After a few minutes of checking with the warehouse the shop assistant returned with this website page loaded on her phone. She pointed at the small print that said this does not come with slats!! No where on the page is there a link to add this essential item to your order or make it obvious that the most crucial part of the bed is missing. When I collected it from the store, noone asked me if I wanted slats as it was missing from the order and made the bedframe useless. It's like selling Television without a power cable. You can do better JYSK...
Not Happy
While the bed frame itself was OK and easy to assemble. I was not happy to find out at the counter that the cross slats did not come with the bed. Who ever heard of a bed with no slats , ridiculous. Thankfully I was spared any embarrassed because I am lucky enough to be financially OK and was able to pay the extra 45 euro for the slats. I did think about people who may not be in the same situation as I'm, finding out at the counter that thier bed has no slats but not having the extra 45 euro. What will they do? Advice for jsyk would be sell all bed frames with slats. Disguising items as cheaper buys and then catching costumers at the counter for essential additions is not a very good way to do business. The quality of the product remains to be seen .
Perfect
Bought this bed frame and paired it up with ikea slats, looks so expensive and aesthetic would highly recommend only took 30 minutes to put together we drilled the slats bottom and top for security

Customers can choose between curbside delivery, meaning that we deliver to your doorstep, or to have the products delivered to your home in a room of your choice.
Delivery from a JYSK store
We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
