Wrong size and slow delivery

Took a long time to arrive. A lot smaller than i expected. If i had bought in store i would have returned them immediately.

Box

Tyto boxy nakupuji zde už po několikáté. Jsou pevné s dobrým uzavíráním na víku. Ideální na dětské hračky i věcí z garáže.

Rozměry neodpovídají

Uvedené rozměry jsou vnější a přes víko. Reálně má krabice cca. o čtyři centimetry v každém směru míň a zužuje se směrem dolů. Jinak funguje jako krabice, na lehčí věci v pohodě. Je z měkkého plastu, relativně rychle se začne prohýbat; vzhledem k ceně asi ok.

Bestellung wurde vom Markt in Mattighofen sehr schnell bearbeitet. Sie waren sehr freundlich und ich konnte meine Sachen gleich mitnehmen. Die Aufbewahrungsboxen haben eine gute Qualität und Preis hat auch gut gepasst. Kaufe ich wieder gerne ein.

Stinken leider chemisch

Habe 4 Stück in verschiedenen Größen für's Kinderzimmer gekauft. Leider riechen sie sehr ungesund. Wenn das Fenster einige Stunden geschlossen war und man dann ins Zimmer komm, riecht es leider sehr chemisch. Gerade für's Kinderzimmer geht sowas gar nicht! Bitte mal die Zusammensetzung des Kunststoffes verbessern!

Click & collect – Free of charge

Click & collect allows you to reserve products online and pick them up in a JYSK store of your choice. When reserving products online JYSK will confirm that your order is ready to be collected within 30 minutes. Click & Collect is free, and you do not pay for your products until you pick up your order in the store.

Pick up in store – Free of charge

Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice. 

You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.

Please note that certain products are not available using this delivery method due to product weight or packaging issues.  

Home delivery of small packages – see prices 

When you shop online, you can always choose to get your order delivered to your own home, at work or anywhere else which is convenient for you.

Small packages are delivered by mail or by a company specialising in packaging delivery services.

Larges packages, cargo – see prices 

When buying big or heavy products such as mattresses, sofas or other kinds of furniture, a lot of customers prefer a home delivery.

JYSK co-operates with well-known and trusted cargo companies all over the world, in order to make sure that our delivery service is punctual. Customers can choose between curbside delivery, meaning that we deliver to your doorstep, or to have the products delivered to your home in a room of your choice.

Delivery from a JYSK store

We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

Store only

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
