Worse customer service ever
Bought this product just day before lockdown, there were 2 pieces missing from the list, we couldn’t put this item together then . I emailed customer service, rang them few times, and after being on hold for 1 hour, I just give up, eventually I was told through messenger that I have to bring the item back to get the refund. Took them 3 weeks to answer.
Very easy to assemble
Packaged well, great instructions, everything labelled.
