Leider ein Wegwerfartikel, daher eher 0 Sterne

Habe die Stühle seit 4 Jahren. Diese stehen im Sommer unter Dach und wurden im Winter frostfrei gelagert. Obwohl wir sie wirklich sporadisch genutzt haben, bröselt das Geflecht und löst sich bei drei von vier Stühlen regelrecht auf. Scheint ein Materialfehler zu sein, denn der vierte (in einer anderen Filiale gekauft) hat kein Problem. Einige andere Kunden hatten wohl auch gleiches Pech, wie man den Bewertungen entnehmen kann. Nach Reklamation bei Jysk bekommt man die Antwort - "leider außerhalb der Gewährleistung von 2 Jahren". D.h. auch wenn man die Stühle nur 4 Sommer, also insgesamt 2 Jahre lang (kaum) benutzt, darf man diese dann entsorgen. Ich wusste nicht, dass Gartenstühle bei Jysk Wegwerfartikel sind. Da ist ein Stern auch noch zu viel...

Schlechte Qualität - nach nur 2 Sommern Material spröde und gebrochen

Wie in anderen Rezessionen bereits zu lesen haben die Stühle LEIDER eine extrem schlechte Qualität!!! Die Stühle sind optisch schön und bequem. Nach nur 2 Sommern sind bereits 3 von 6 Stühlen kaputt. Das Rattan-Geflecht, dass nicht aus einem Naturmaterial, sondern aus Kunststoff besteht, ist so porös, dass es einfach bricht. Das Geflecht wickelt sich dadurch ab und löst sich quasi auf. Bei einem Preis von 109 € echt sehr enttäuschend!!!

Nicht das Geld wert

Meine Stühle sind diesen Sommer 3 Jahre alt und leider bricht das Geflecht und wickelt sich somit ab. Die Stühle wurden jeden Winter im Keller gelagert und abends abgedeckt.

Click & collect – Free of charge

Click & collect allows you to reserve products online and pick them up in a JYSK store of your choice. When reserving products online JYSK will confirm that your order is ready to be collected within 30 minutes. Click & Collect is free, and you do not pay for your products until you pick up your order in the store.

Pick up in store – Free of charge

Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice. 

You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.

Please note that certain products are not available using this delivery method due to product weight or packaging issues.
