Ordered this side table three times arrived cracked on every occasion even one on display in shop is cracked, pity such a nice piece

Zawiodłam się
Po odebraniu zamkniętego kartonu ze stolikiem dopiero w domu po otwarciu okazało się że jest uszkodzony. Na blacie są dwa niewielkie uszkodzenia. Nie ma możliwości wymiany gdyż na stanie w okolicy nie ma już dostępnego stolika. Porażka, nie wiem jak można spakować uszkodzony produkt.

Produs de slaba calitate
Am achizitionat acest produs in scopul de a fi folosit drept masuta de cafea decorativa, impreuna cu masa geamana mai mare din aceeasi colectie. Pot spune ca la distanta de nici 1 luna de zile de la achizite, am observat in partea de sus o crapatura/fisura care s-a extins circular complet, fara ca masa sa fi fost supusa unei greutati pe ea sau unei ciocniri cu alt obiect ori sa fie daramata.
Calitatea acestui produs lasa de dorit si nu imi explic cum s-a fisurat complet, din moment ce nu prezenta fisura respectiva la momentul achizitiei.

Click & collect – Free of charge
Click & collect allows you to reserve products online and pick them up in a JYSK store of your choice. When reserving products online JYSK will confirm that your order is ready to be collected within 30 minutes. Click & Collect is free, and you do not pay for your products until you pick up your order in the store.
Pick up in store – Free of charge
Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.
Please note that certain products are not available using this delivery method due to product weight or packaging issues.
When buying big or heavy products such as mattresses, sofas or other kinds of furniture, a lot of customers prefer a home delivery.
JYSK co-operates with well-known and trusted cargo companies all over the world, in order to make sure that our delivery service is punctual. Customers can choose between curbside delivery, meaning that we deliver to your doorstep, or to have the products delivered to your home in a room of your choice.
Delivery from a JYSK store
We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.
Store only
JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
