How can I cancel my order?

If you have made the order in store;
  • If you wish to cancel an order placed in a JYSK store, please visit the store in which the order was made.
  • NB.: Order must be cancelled and refunded in the same store which the order was made.

If you have made the purchase online;

How can I track my order?

Only orders delivered with DPD can be tracked via tracking link.

Once your order is dispatched from our main warehouse in Denmark, an e-mail with your invoice will be sent to you. Your tracking information will be in this e-mail as well.

Your tracking link will not be active until DPD scan in your order at their depot. Shipping from Denmark to Ireland can take 3-5 working days. Please allow 3-5 working days before tracking your order via tracking link.

For orders delivered to a JYSK store or by Cargo courier, you will be contacted when your order is received and handled at courier/store.

What are the freight/delivery costs?

Online order delivered to a JYSK store - No delivery costs apply

Delivery to store gives you the opportunity to order a wider range of products than we offer in our stores.
Once your order has been made online, choose a JYSK store near you to get it delivered to.


These products are packed at our central warehouse in Denmark and then shipped to the store.
Once the order is received and handled at the store they will contact you to arrange collection.

  • Delivery time from ordering to collection is up to 20 working days.
  • The order must be collected within 7 days after the store have contacted you.


Please note:

  • You can only choose Delivery to Store if your order amounts to 70 or more.
  • Our store staff hold the right not to carry any orders out to your vehicle. Please make sure you can carry the complete order to your vehicle yourself.

Delivery to address of your choice - Delivery costs apply

JYSK Ireland can deliver to customers located at Republic of Ireland. The delivery cost are estimated by the distance from warehouse to your address. The website will calculate the delivery costs once the postcode has been entered.


We distinguish between:

  • Parcel post for smaller items - e.g. duvets, towels and bed linen. Delivery costs from €4.99 .
    • Delivery time 6 - 8 working days
    • Standard front door delivery on all orders
  • Cargo for large items - e.g. mattresses, bed solutions and furniture
    • Delivery charges from €49.99
    • Delivery time: 7-15 working days
    • Standard front door delivery on all orders


JYSK will determine the freight method based on the weight and volume of the item(s) you purchase and the delivery area and service. JYSK will determine the freight cost according to delivery address.

Delivery to store
Delivery time: Within 20 working days (Mon-Fri)

Please note, all online orders will be delivered from our main warehouse in Denmark and then shipped to Ireland.

Where is my DPD delivery?

Our Parcels have a complete delivery time of 4-7 working days (Mon-Fri) from you placing the order until delivery.

All our online orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark and are being shipped across to Ireland. The shipment from Denmark to Ireland takes around 2-4 days. Once you receive your Track & Trace number, in the dispatch email from us, your order is expected to be delivered within the next 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri).

If your order haven't been delivered within 7 working days (Mon - Fri) after you placed the order, please contact our Customer Service via our Live Chat or on 01 513 8838.

Which delivery methods can I choose from?

Does your nearest store not have the articles you need in stock?
Then we are happy to help you place your order online instead.


At JYSK you have the opportunity to place an order online and get it delivered to your nearest JYSK store.
We have thousands of available articles in JYSK but not all articles can fit in to our stores and not all articles will be on display. That is why offer all our customers delivery of the articles from our distribution centre in Denmark to the store near you.
All you have to do is to put the articles you want in the basket, go to delivery options and choose the JYSK store near you.
Once your order have been delivered and handled in the store, we will contact you to arrange collection.

Please note!

  • Your complete order must have a minimum 70 EUR value
  • All collections are hands free and our store staff will not be able to help you carry your order out to your car – The order will be placed outside when you arrive to collect
  • Delivery time: Up to 10-20 working days.

Place your order online to be delivered to your home address.

In JYSK we offer a parcel home delivery service to all customers located at Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our couriers depot to your delivery address.
Our website will calculate the delivery cost according to postcode and freight method according the size and weight of the order.
