Saltrup eccellente ma pezzi sbagliati
Abbiamo acquistato una saltrup da mettere dietro una porta, avevamo visto la piccola libreria montata in negozio ed era perfetta. Acquistata e portata a casa ci siamo cimentati nel montaggio, premesso che abbiamo montato in autonomia mobili ben più complessi anche con istruzioni bizantine, perciò abbiamo sottovalutato l'operazione. Alla seconda pagina ci siamo accorti che i pezzi già assemblati erano sfasati e non sarebbero mai potuti entrare nella cornice, ma le lettere erano giuste e i pezzi non funzionavano se ruotati a 180 gradi. Dopo un attento controllo ci siamo accorti che un pezzo identico era duplicato ma etichettato in due modi diversi. Sapendo che in negozio non ce n'erano altri in magazzino abbiamo scartato l'idea di fare il reso ed attenderne una nuova che ci avrebbe messo una settimana ad arrivare. Così armati di matita righello e trapano abbiamo adattato il pezzo sbagliato. Certo, rimangono dei buchi visibili dove non avrebbero dovuto esserci, provvederò con degli adesivi color legno, però una delusione vedere che Jysk non verifica con cura cosa mette negli imballi. Avevo in mente di prendere un altro mobile più grande che avevo visto in esposizione, ma a questo punto credo che vedrò se Ikea ha qualcosa di analogo, per non correre rischi.

Ürün güzel. İyi bir tasarım ve malzeme fakat ara parçalardan birisi tam ortada daha uzun. Hatalı üretim. İade etmedim.

When reserving products online JYSK will confirm that your order is ready to be collected within 30 minutes. Click & Collect is free, and you do not pay for your products until you pick up your order in the store.
Pick up in store – Free of charge
Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.
Please note that certain products are not available using this delivery method due to product weight or packaging issues.
Home delivery of small packages – see prices
When you shop online, you can always choose to get your order delivered to your own home, at work or anywhere else which is convenient for you.
Small packages are delivered by mail or by a company specialising in packaging delivery services.
Larges packages, cargo – see prices
When buying big or heavy products such as mattresses, sofas or other kinds of furniture, a lot of customers prefer a home delivery.
JYSK co-operates with well-known and trusted cargo companies all over the world, in order to make sure that our delivery service is punctual. Customers can choose between curbside delivery, meaning that we deliver to your doorstep, or to have the products delivered to your home in a room of your choice.
Delivery from a JYSK store
We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.
Store only
JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
