Hi My sofa was very easy to put together which was great I do however have a issue When I ordered my sofa it said delivery between I think it was 7 to 10 days as it was in stock.. however it was much later which I was fine with that once I spoke to customer service and the nice lady explained the delay... what was really disappointing however was the delivery agent you use I got an email saying they had received my goods and would notify me of delivery and if not convenient would deliver a day that suited me... BUT I then received notification that my sofa had been delivered... was very cross as they left it in the front garden and there was no one home ... we were actually in Waterford for the weekend... so left in in the garden in bad weather.... I had tovring a neighbour to see if they could lift it onto a shed ... but it was to difficult to lift so they managed to put it by the back door.. the box did get slightly wet from the rain that had just started as we arrived home.. a half hour later and ghe couch would have been destroyed... so either consider a new service for your delivery's or let them know not to leave when noone is home or better yet do what they say and ring the number given... I did ring the number they provided on email but no reply Im nervous now to order another big item

This 3 seater is a great bargain. Lovely colour grey, material is very good and is very comfortable to sit on. Only criticism is they only deliver literally to inside your front door and you have to assemble yourself.

We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store.
