The Buyer's favourite furniture
Rikke Høst is passionate about both design and quality – two key areas in her position as a Range Manager within Indoor Furniture at JYSK. That is why we have asked her about her 3 favourites in our new assortment: “I want to highlight a bedside table and a dining chair which are classic and modern at the same time. And last, but not least, a super comfy and trendy armchair that invites you to recharge,” Rikke says.
LYNGVIG oak bedside table
“The LYNGVIG bedside table with the beautiful sliding tambour doors is ideal for your bedroom”, begins Rikke.
“From my perspective, this bedside table can be a great addition to any room - not just the bedroom. Use it in the living room for a lamp or a plant, in the dining room for tealights or napkins – the options are endless. With the storage space hidden behind the tambour doors, the LYNGVIG bedside table will surely help you keep your home tidy”.
The bedside table is a new addition to the LYNGVIG collection that counts sideboards, TV benches, cabinets and a coffee table. All are made in solid oak and oak veneer and very popular with our customers, being rated four out of five stars on JYSK.ie.
ISLEV oak dining chair
“Just as the LYNGVIG bedside table, the ISLEV dining chair is a piece of furniture that is versatile and suitable in more than just one room”, Rikke introduces her next favourite.
“This chair is so charming with its references to nature and solid craftmanship”, Rikke continues. “It is available both on its own and as a part of a dining set with different dining tables, but why restrict yourself to the dining room? The ISLEV dining chair fits equally well in the hallway, the office and anywhere else that you want to add style”.
The ISLEV dining chair has frame and legs out of solid oak and oak veneer and a seat of handwoven paper strings. It is available with and without armrests.
HVILSTED teddy armchair
“In today’s dynamic world we all need somewhere to recharge, a place that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. So let me introduce you to the HVILSTED armchair with matching footstool”, says Rikke with a smile.
“You can look forward to sinking into HVILSTED’s stunning, soft fur fabric with both depth and fluffiness – a cozy place to unwind after a long day”, Rikke says.
This armchair is an addition to our range of furniture in teddy fabric, counting the RAMSDAL pouffe, the HUNDESTED armchair, the PARADIS sofa bed and the GISTRUP sofa among others.
HVILSTED armchair and footstool is upholstered in soft off-white fur fabric and sold as a set.
