So I'm American, and I also have bad chronic lower back pain. Back home I'm used to soft beds and pillows, and so far all beds I've tried here are hard as rocks lol also, I am a side and occasional back sleeper as an fyi. I was nervous ordering one of these online as you never know with returns and without a car it's a pain in the arse. However, the return wasn't needed because it's perfect! Contemplated getting the thicker one but honestly I don't think it'd be necessary, we'll see if in time I may regret that. I laid it out encased in it's mattress pad for a day and it seemed to rise fully in that time so I stuck it on my bed and have been sleeping so much better since! There was a slight odor at first but that's normal and eventually dissipates. I was my sheets weekly, so even if the mattress pad does move it doesn't really bother me. I definitely recommend this product

When reserving products online JYSK will confirm that your order is ready to be collected within 30 minutes. Click & Collect is free, and you do not pay for your products until you pick up your order in the store.
Pick up in store – Free of charge
Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.

Customers can choose between curbside delivery, meaning that we deliver to your doorstep, or to have the products delivered to your home in a room of your choice.
Delivery from a JYSK store
We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores.
