No slats seriously
Got this for my daughter was really easy to follow instructions and was easy to put together until it wasn't the bar that runs down the middle was a nightmare to assemble but got their in the end .have to buy slats separately so that was another €55 on top of price of bed disgusting and to top it off got loads of splinters off them .oh yeah you will need to invest in screws yes you read Correctly after paying €55 EXTRA you have to buy screws to attach them to bed frame . I will say however it's a nice looking bed but my legs are being attacked by the edges just have to remember to not walk in to corners. All in all a good bed but needs to be advertised properly with all the extras.
No base
Very disappointed to find there was no base after putting it all together.it should have stated you would need to buy a base separately. I do like it and it looks good.
No Slats, & long wait for product to arrive from Denmark
WARNING NO SLATS WITH THIS PRODUCT. It is not made obvious on product landing page in title, text or image. you have to click details etc for that easily missed information. took a month to arrive to shop, no delivery available. After waiting a month to get pick up instructions, given a hard deadline of 7 days to pick up before it gets shipped back to Denmark. Need more id to pick up product than you would to travel through an airport. product quality is lower than picture makes out. mostly made of chip board and smells/leeches wood chips and glue from un-laminated sections of parts. The most frustrating part of this whole endeavor was arriving to the shop to collect bed and not to be informed that the slats are sold separately. Its now Saturday evening, my only free time to put this thing together and it turns out that there are no slats. I now have to remove all the unassembled parts of the bed out of my room down the stairs and back out to the shed. Then have a 1 hour drive back to the city to find bed slats. Firstly, why sell them separately, will the legs be sold separately next? Also from a retail perspective, it should surely be something brought up at check out at the very least. Its not even the extra cost, its the waste of time, energy and the overall inconvenience this has caused that's the worst. First time shopper here and after this ridiculously drawn out process its probably going to be my last.
Impossible to put sheets on
Surprised no one has mentioned how hard it is to get sheets on this bed. My matress sinks so low into the frame you have to squeeze the sheets on every time inevitably resulting in them popping off. That or try lifting the mattress out of the frame which is near impossible as well.
ok bed, but vey sharp corners
The bed is fine, but the corners and edges on all the wood will slice your skin open. After one week with the bed we've all been cut on it. Will have to get corner guards and edging for it. A real pain.

Delivery from a JYSK store
We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.
