Absolutely awful product + service
I am giving this zero stars. For three reasons - the product we received from the store in Santry Dublin, was defective. The doors don't work properly, Though we were sent out replacement doors - after I complained, this unsurprisingly also do not work. Why? Because the slider bits at the top are too short (made too short) and so the doors keep falling off the hinges. The second reason is that the follow up service is exceptionally shoddy. If you're spending not a small amount of money on smth like this, you'd expect to receive some sort of customer service. Aha, not the case. After spending 10 hours building a wardrobe, to be then offered a 25% refund seems like a lacklustre offering no? The third reason is that when we bought the wardrobe, we were missing a box when we went to collect it in store. My husband was then brought through the back store of the shop, stepping over a forklift, into a shed at the back to search for himself for the box that was missing. Really? Yes this actually happened - we have photos. Atrocious. Would give zero stars but it won't let me submit.
Wardrobe assembly
Extremely difficult to put together, instructions were not clear which lengthens the process even more.
Almost Perfect
An amazing wardrobe and an amazing price however it was absolute nightmare fuel for one person to put together on their own. A slight warp in one of the side panels made it almost impossible to fit together but I got there in the end. The included cam locks were of very poor quality and I had to buy replacements. I was provided with different sizes of panel pins and I was missing a few dowels and several of the dowels I was provided with were only half the length they should've been I genuinely lost sleep over how it didn't fit together but now that it's properly assembled I'm pretty much happy

Stylish wardrobe with good storage. It was very difficult to put together. Unclear instructions and doors not marked if for righthand side or left-hand side.

Looked beautiful in the shop but sadly warped when assembled

Delivery from a JYSK store
We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
