My girlfriend bought this last september. After two weeks we realized that the seat it crooked. We send the pictures to customer services. They wanted us to bring it to store. From belfast to Dundolk, we took it all the way. The people in Dundalk store said there is nothing they can do and blamed us! Even though it has 2 years guarantee!!!!!!

Disappointed
I ordered the chair together with a standing desk to replace my workstation as the chair looked quite comfortable in the showroom.
After assembling the chair I noticed that there was something wrong with the seat within 2 weeks and contacted customer support as the store is quite far from me and the chair won’t fit in my car without de assembling. The seat of the chair is skewed to one side and using it causes a really bad back pain over time. After trying to explain issue over emails with all details and pictures the customer service advised that I need to get to the store.
When I eventually did, according to the staff there was no issue with the chair. When I pointed the skew and insisted that this cannot be right I was told that I should have came earlier as the issue that I am describing might have been caused by wear and tear or wrong assembly, although I had previously reported it.

Great chair excellent quality
Chair is brilliant , but on the other hand thr service from jysk was shocking imagine going onto the Web page pre booking it and everything grand and next thing your told it's on a pallet and we can't get it for you ,, after driving over half an hour to collect ,, leave that sink in for a minute a pallet and they couldn't lift it off crazy we ended up going to another shop where they were happy to help us

Really good chair and for this money you can't beat it .. VERY, VERY comfortable chair .. Highly recommend if you are a gamer or you need it for your work from home office, just can't compliment enough this chair ..

Pick up in store – Free of charge
Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.
Please note that certain products are not available using this delivery method due to product weight or packaging issues.
When buying big or heavy products such as mattresses, sofas or other kinds of furniture, a lot of customers prefer a home delivery.
