Very very uncomfortable. So disappointed
I bought this chair for my daughter last year and it was amazing. My brother also bought two of them. Like my daughter they were also unbelievably comfortable. Because of those chairs being so good I decied to purchase one. I got one a few months ago. It was so bad I thought maybe it was a faulty batch. Unfortunately not, the replacement I got is just as bad. It is so hard. Will be returning it. I am so disappointed with the product. Unfortunately, what you see in the shop is not what you get. (Chair in shop was so comfortable like the original one I purchased)

Not if you have pets
This chair is lovely. Incredible value for money when it’s on sale! The cushion isn’t super-padded but it does get a bit softer as you wear it in.
The real issue is that on the cream version the material has a kind of loose knit which makes it look nice and rustic, but if you’ve got a dog or a cat with sharp nails they’ll pull all the threads out and ruin the chair. My bischon frise ruined the cushion of this chair within 24hrs of delivery which is very annoying.
I couldn’t get a cushion cover replacement from jysk so I’ve used a seat pat on top which is an ok workaround but not the look/colour I wanted.

Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered a chair from jysk. Instead of the one armchair I ordered two dining table chairs arrived on December 20th. Unfortunately JYSK customer service was closed on that Friday due to unforeseen circumstances and not open until Monday December 23rd. I was afraid somebody might need the chairs for their Christmas Dinner.
Thankfully with Jysk you can return online orders in the shop. This is much appreciated. The shop staff were extremely nice and helpful and sorted it out.
A few days later when the online staff were back I also received a very nice helpful email from them also. And also a €20 gift card due to the mistake.
I will definitely shop in Jysk again and would recommend them. The chair is also perfect.

Lovely
I'm very happy with these chairs. I bought 4 of them on offer and use them as dinning chairs in kitchen. As noted in one of the reviews the fabric isn't overly soft but I'm ok with that.

Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.
