Stord reclyner chair
Bought two of those chairs, ordered online and collected in store a bit longer than expected. Collected them and when I got home one was faulty, the part that comes up under your legs. I tried numerous times that day to contact the store but the phone rang off each time , I contacted customer service by email and hit an auto reply to say someone would get back to me in 3-4 days. I rang the customer service number to discover they operate Monday, Wedn6 and Friday between 9 am and 1pm but do not operate Tuesday and Thursday at all. My only option was to go back to the store with the two chairs unannounced but to be fair t the stand in manager in the Naas store she was patient and understanding and very professional. She sorted my problem out immediately with a replacement chair and I even bought a small table too. My observations of the whole experience is that Jysk has great staff but an absolute horrendous service outside the actual store. The Naas store had very little staff and to be fair they were doing an amazing job with what they had to work with. The store in Naas had very little stock in it too, during the pandemic people spent more money on their homes and gardens but Jysk missed out on it because of low amounts of stock. I love my two chairs despite all and they were exactly what I needed.

Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.

We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
