General

Answer

Our delivery areas are split into zones based on their location in Ireland

PARCEL POST (SMALLER ARTICLES):
Parcel post is delivered as standard to the front door of the delivery address within 4 to 7 working days.
 
CARGO SHIPMENTS (LARGE ARTICLES):

The carrier will deliver cargo shipments to your delivery address within 5 to 15 working days. The price of the shipment will depend on weight, size, volume, delivery area and delivery type.

Additional delivery information
  1. You will receive a telephone call with proposals for delivery dates from our carrier thus giving you the opportunity to select the preferred delivery date.
  2. On the day of delivery the driver will contact you to confirm that delivery is en route providing a 4 hour delivery window.
Please note;
  • Delivery delays may occur during peak periods and in winter time due to weather conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for disposing of any packaging materials.

If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail, it can be listed in your spam folder as some e-mail providers don't recognizes e-mails from larger companies 

If you haven't received your confirmation e-mail in your spam folder either, it can be because the entered e-mail was misspelled. Please contact JYSK Customer Services on our Live Chat or on Telephone 01 5138838.

NB: Order confirmation is not the same as an invoice. The invoice will be send when the complete order haft left our warehouse in Denmark and the payment has been completed.

If you have made the order in store;

  • If you wish to cancel an order placed in a JYSK store, please visit the store in which the order was made.
  • NB.: Order must be cancelled and refunded in the same store which the order was made.

If you have made the purchase online;

For Small Parcel deliveries a delivery date can't be changed.

For large Cargo deliveries, delivery date can be changed up to 2 days after ordering date. Please contact our Customer Service Center on our Live Chat or on telephone 01 5138838.

In the event that you are not present at your address upon the transport company delivering your order, you will be notified by the delivery company and you will need to contact them to arrange re-delivery at a later date and you will be charged for any additional delivery.

We will never delivery goods to you unless you have agreed a date and time with our transport company. Our transport company will contact you, within 10 to 21 working days. Once they are in receipt of your goods you will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date and time.

All our online orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark and are being shipped across the United Kingdom.
Due to Brexit our cargos can take a longer period of time to go through the customs in The United Kingdom.
If you use your Tracking number and it looks like the order haven't been dispatched, this can be because your order is currently in the UK customs. 

Due to the Brexit our delivery time is up to 17 working days from ordering date as all orders have to be inspected in customs.
Once you receive your Track&Trace number in our Shipping email, your order are expected to be delivered within the next 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri).

If your order haven't been delivered and the delivery time is over 17 working days (Mon - Fri), please contact our Customer Service via our Live Chat.

Due to the new government restrictions all of our stores in Ireland are now closed for all customers.
If you wish to buy a product from JYSK this has to be done via this webshop.

Delivery to address of your choice - Delivery costs apply
JYSK Ireland can deliver to customers located at Republic of Ireland. The delivery cost is estimated of the distance from warehouse to your address. The website will calculate the delivery costs from the postcode.
We distinguish between:

  • Parcel post for smaller items - e.g. duvets, towels and bed linen. Delivery costs from 4.99 €.
    • Delivery time up to 17 working days
  • Cargo for large items - e.g. mattresses, bed solutions and furniture. Delivery costs from 44,99 €.
    • Delivery time 15-26 working days

JYSK Ireland will determine the freight method based on the weight and volume of the item(s) you purchase and the delivery area and service.
Delivery time for home deliveries are 15-26 working days.

Online order delivered to a JYSK store 

Delivery to store gives you the opportunity to order a wider range of products than we offer in our stores.
We ship your order directly from our distribution center in Denmark to your local JYSK store.
Normally you would be able to collect your order directly in the store once it arrives from Denmark. However, due to the current national restrictions, collection in stores are no longer possible. Therefore we offer a local delivery service where JYSK will deliver your store order to your home address for only €30. 
Please note:

  • The delivery address has to be within 20KM radius of the store
  • Minimum order value is €250
  • Delivery cost: €30
  • Delivery time: 10-20 working days

Small deliveries – parcels
Delivery time: 10-17 working days (Mon-Fri) 

Large deliveries – furniture and other larger articles;
Delivery time: 15-26 working days (Mon-Fri)

Please note all order are delivered from our warehouse in Denmark, through England and in to Ireland. Due to Brexit delivery time from Denmark to Ireland have increased. This increased delivery time is already calculated in to the estimated times above.

Online order delivered to a JYSK store - 30 EUR delivery cost

Delivery to store gives you the opportunity to order a wider range of products than we offer in our stores.
Once your order has been made online, choose a JYSK store near you to get it delivered to.

These products are packed at our central warehouse in Denmark and then shipped to the store.
Due to the current government  restrictions all online orders to our stores will be delivered to your address. You can only choose this delivery service is you live within 20KM from our store and a 30EUR delivery cost will be added to your order.

Once the order arrives to our store you will receive a phone call within 10 working days to agree on a delivery date.

  • Delivery time from ordering to delivery to the store is up to 20 working days.

NB: You can only choose Delivery to Store if your order amounts to €250 or more and you live within 20KM from the store.
