Scandinavian style Christmas elves, gonks, gnomes & Santas

Scandinavian-inspired Christmas gonks and gnomes bring a playful touch to your festive decorations. With their distinctive pointed hats, long beards and soft textures, these charming characters look right at home on mantelpieces, shelves and windowsills.

JYSK's collection includes traditional red and grey designs alongside understated brown, beige and green tones. Choose a classic Christmas gonk for a traditional festive look, or opt for a neutral gonk gnome to complement a more minimalist Scandinavian interior.

For a decorative display, arrange a few Christmas gnomes at different heights and combine them with greenery or small Christmas ornaments and figurines. Their charming designs make it easy to add personality to your home without overwhelming your existing décor.

From small decorative figures to larger standing characters, Christmas elves add versatility to your seasonal décor. Smaller designs such as BOND and BROKK fit neatly onto shelves and sideboards, while larger figures can create a welcoming display beside the Christmas tree or fireplace.

JYSK also offers Christmas elves with adjustable legs, allowing you to change their height to suit your space. These are particularly useful for creating displays with characters of different sizes.

For a more traditional festive touch, choose Santa Claus decorations or add playful characters such as reindeer, snowmen and Christmas mice. Combining different figures is a lovely way to create a display that feels personal and full of festive character.

Christmas gonks and elves pair beautifully with other seasonal decorations, helping you create a coordinated look throughout your home. Arrange them alongside wooden ornaments, miniature Christmas trees or decorative stars for a simple Scandinavian-inspired setting.

To add warmth and texture, complement your figures with Christmas cushions and throws in seasonal colours. A few soft furnishings can tie your decorations together and make your living room feel especially inviting during the colder months.

For a playful festive dining setup, position smaller Christmas gnomes on a sideboard or nearby shelf, alongside decorative Christmas mugs and tableware. Keep your dining table clear for serving food and entertaining guests.

With a little care, your Christmas elves and gnomes can become familiar parts of your festive decorating traditions. Handle their fabric details and decorative features gently, especially when moving or arranging larger figures.

After Christmas, remove any dust with a soft brush or cloth, following the individual product's care instructions. Store your decorations somewhere clean and dry to help protect the fabrics and maintain their appearance.

JYSK's storage boxes provide a practical way to keep your festive characters organised and protected between seasons.

With affordable Christmas gonks, elves and Santa decorations, it's easy to add a little personality and Scandinavian charm to your home each festive season.
