Good product but slow delivery
I love the chairs. Theey're good solid chairs and very comfortable to sit on. They also look very chic in my new apartment and don't take up too much space. My only complaint is that I had to wait for weeks for them to be delivered to the Blanchardstown store whereas I ordered 4 of the same chairs online and got them in a couple of days.

The chairs were purchased during a promotion. They are nice and easy to assemble. However, one of our chairs was a little wobbly due to an imbalance between the four legs, while the rest were fine. Customer service was also pleasant on exchange of that chair. Now, the price has decreased from the promotional price, which makes me feel a bit disappointed. Overall, it was a good experience.

Love these chairs! Great quality, nifty chairs fit for purpose. They tuck under our glass table really well. The legs arent wooden like they look online, theyre metal.

Online you have access to an even wider assortment than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products have been delivered to the store and are ready to be picked up.

Delivery from a JYSK store
We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the Republic of Ireland. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores.
