In the spotlight: the NORDBY furniture collection
If you want to create a tasteful, light Nordic look in your home, our NORDBY collection surely contains some items that are going to fit right in. In this blog post we are highlighting some of the products that have received 4 or 5-star ratings from our customers.*
The NORDBY collection consists of sturdy and durable furniture for your dining room, kitchen, bedroom, hall and living room, all elegant, white and with dark metal knobs on drawers and doors.
The NORDBY storage solutions
NORDBY offers stylish storage solutions for both your clothes and other items that you want to either tuck away - or put on display. The spacious NORDBY wardrobe has three doors, covering one narrow room with four shelves and a broader one with a hanging rail. At the bottom, you will find three practical drawers.
A customer gives it a 4 star rating on JYSK.bg with these words: “…the front panels are nice, the assembly is easy and it looks good.”
The NORDBY bedside table has an average rating of 4 stars on JYSK.ie. It has both a shelf for your reading material and a small drawer for glasses etc.
A customer leaves a 5 star rating on JYSK.cz along with this comment: “Beautiful bedside table, fast delivery.”
The NORDBY chest of drawers is available in two versions: A wide one with 3 drawers and a more narrow, but taller one with 5 drawers. Both are perfect for storing hats and gloves in the hall, or in the bedroom for socks and underwear - or anywhere else that you need a storage solution.
A customer gives the 5 drawer NORDBY chest of drawers a 5 star rating at JYSK.nl and notes: “Very elegant, practical to use and easy to assemble.”
If you need a storage solution where your belongings are visible, the elegant NORDBY display cabinet is worth an extra look. It has two glass doors so you can store away your belongings but still keep them visible and use them in your décor. At the bottom, there is a drawer for table cloths, throws or maybe board games? A customer on JYSK.fi gives it a 5 star rating and writes: “Really good assembly instructions. Great cabinet at a great price.“
A dining room set and a smart solution for small apartments
The NORDBY collection also counts a large dining table and dining chairs. If you need seating space for the whole extended family, you can get extra leaves for the table – or, if you just need space for a quick bite in the kitchen nook, consider the practical NORDBY wall mounted folding table.
The dining table receives a 5 star rating on JYSK.no and the following comment from a customer: “Easy to assemble. Big and nice!”
The wall folding table is equally popular on JYSK.pl. A customer gives it a 5 star rating with these words: “The product fulfills its task regardless of the low price, really high-quality workmanship…”
The NORDBY dining chairs are so nice and comfortable that you can sit over dinner for hours.
A customer writes on JYSK.bg: “I am very pleased with this product - beautiful and stable, just as it looks in the picture.” - and gives the chairs a 5 star rating.
A matching set for the living room
You can also furnish your living room with items from the NORDBY collection. Matching furniture creates a consistent look, and it doesn’t get any easier than selecting items from the same collection. The NORDBY tv bench is spacious and has room for both your tv, your gaming consoles and for your remote controls in one of the three drawers at the bottom.
Storage has also been thought into the design of the coffee table where you can keep your magazines on a shelf below the tabletop. Tip: Place a few matching wicker baskets on the shelf if you like a tight and de-cluttered look.
