The buyer’s 2 favourite bed linen
Sometimes your bedroom décor needs a breath of fresh air. Whether you want to create a romantic, modern or classic look, new bed linen is a fast and simple way to renew the visual expression. You can easily create this at very little cost.
Kathrine Møller Vinther has been with JYSK for 5 years and she is our expert when it comes to bed linen trends, qualities and comfort. In this blog post, she shares her favourites from our new assortment.
“I think we all need a bit of joy in our lives at the moment, so I want to put two colourful bedlinen in the spotlight,” Kathrine says.
CILJE is a sustainable choice with a Scandinavian look
“CILJE is made from 51 % recycled polyester 49 % cotton. We have put many efforts into creating a bed linen that meets all our demands for high quality while at the same time being a choice that feels right. I am very pleased with this result,” Kathrine says proudly. “This mix of materials makes a fabric that is both pleasant and durable and the sateen weave gives it a soft and pleasant hand feel.
The design is modern and also very Scandinavian. Some may think that Scandinavian décor is mostly monochrome grey or white, but more important is actually the calm expression. CILJE has a woven pattern that adds a little “play” but it maintains its harmonious look. It can fit in any bedroom and you can choose between petrol and sand. CILJE belongs to our product line of sustainable products, SCANDINAVIAN SENSE, that also contains towels and a bath mat,” Kathrine adds before revealing her third favourite.
BELMA is for the romantic soul
“The sheer look of this bed linen is enough to boost your mood. The colours are bright and vibrant, and in my eyes, the giant flowers in yellow, taupe and army green float across the sand-coloured background like jellyfish. BELMA is 100 % cotton sateen and the summery colour tones add to the positive expression. If you are a romantic soul with a weakness for harmonious design this bedlinen is for you,” states Kathrine.
The new bed linen assortment is for sale online from January 5th 2021.
