Medium pillow
If you usually sleep on your back, a medium pillow could be a great fit for you. As a rule of thumb, your pillow should be high enough to keep your neck and spine aligned in a straight line. The right height depends mostly on how you sleep, but your mattress firmness also plays a role.

Fibre down
Small, down-shaped fibres are exceptional at staying separate. The soft, light fibre down has a high insulation power, retains its volume and is easy to shake into place. Filling weight 700 g.

Cotton is breathable and provides a soft and natural feel, which helps keep you comfortable during the night.
Wash
The pillow can be machine-washed at 60°C to keep it fresh and clean. Washing at 60°C or above will remove unwanted dust mites from the fabric. Use a suitable detergent for fibre filling.
