How to use Click & Collect
1. Find the items you wish to reserve
2. Click on 'Reserve and Collect in Store'
3. Choose the JYSK store from which you wish to collect
4. Fill in the mandatory fields and complete your reservation
5. Within 30 minutes you will receive an email and text message informing you that your items are ready for collection.
Unlimited Returns
When you want to return an item, there's usually a time frame in which you must make the return. At JYSK, there is no time limitation so you can return the item in your own time without any hassle and you can even return items bought online in our stores.
We provide a full refund without time limitation for products that are returned with proof of purchase. This applies for products bought in stores as well as online.
Price Guarantee - Buy Christmas presents at January prices
If you bought a mattress or any furniture item before Christmas, and see it at a lower price in January, you will receive the difference back on a JYSK gift card to use in-store or online. Remember the receipt!
