Terrible customer service
I ordered this table along with chairs and parasol on May 31st. Six weeks later, the order arrived incomplete at the courier warehouse. The table was missing. I tried to contact customer service by phone but the lines are not working. I contacted them through Facebook and Instagram and asked them to cancel the table because I could get it in the local store. They said they could do that, however today I received a message that another table has been dispatched! This store is a disaster, not only they have no control on their stock allowing the orders to be placed without stock on hand, but when trying to contact customer service, it just doesn't exist. It's a disgrace that this company is allowed to operate in Ireland and the European Union clearly not respecting customers rights. Order number 4013172539
